Refund & Cancellation Policy

Buildora Co. is a platform that connects customers with building material suppliers. Orders placed on a supplier's Buildora page are fulfilled directly by that supplier — Buildora does not sell or ship materials itself.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact the supplier directly using the phone number shown on their store page. Cancellation is subject to the supplier's own policy and whether the order has already been processed or dispatched.

Refunds for Orders

Refunds for building materials are handled entirely by the individual supplier. Buildora Co. is not responsible for and cannot process refunds for goods ordered through a supplier's Buildora page.

If you have a dispute with a supplier regarding a refund, we recommend:

Contacting the supplier directly using the contact details on their store page
Documenting the issue with photographs where relevant
Escalating to consumer forums if the dispute is not resolved

Buildora Pro Subscription — Dealer Refunds

For dealers subscribed to Buildora Pro:

Subscriptions are billed monthly and are non-refundable for the current billing period
You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the paid period
No refunds are issued for partial months
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at support@buildoraco.com
